It’s only a recent discovery of mine that fitness is 100% mind over matter.
The times I’m able to block out my mind from spewing comments of self doubt or thinking that this is “too hard”, that’s when I SOAR! That’s when I am free and I let my body do all the work.
I encourage you to begin to block your mind when it comes to fitness and let your body speak up. Your body will tell you when you’ve had enough…and I’m willing to bet you’ll go further, harder and longer than your mind once thought.
